I’ve run Scenario Planning Workshops for companies in a wide variety of industries to identify likely disruptors over the next 3-5 years, and develop a strategic playbook so that they may respond quickly and thoughtfully when the time comes. These workshops combine deep consumer research, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and strategic framework development, along with wargaming exercises and scenario simulations.
