Scaling Innovation Globally

In 2022, Nestlé hired me to overhaul and operationalize their global innovation practices. Prior to this, all over their 100+ global markets were operating independently, with a scattershot approach to testing and zero learnings being shared among them. Through stakeholder interviews and my experience working with other global teams, I developed a new operational plan for scaling innovation at Nestlé, allowing the markets the flexibility to customize approaches based on their consumers, but ensuring one unified global strategy, and continuous sharing of successes and failures.

The updated process allowed Nestlé to roll out innovation-led programs in gaming and audio the following year, and scale the practice to even more markets.
